Welcome !

Williamstown Public is a rural school of 364 students nestled in the heart of Glengarry County. Although the school is situated in the village of Williamstown, most of the students are bussed to school. Williamstown serves children from Junior Kindergarten to grade six. The children arrive to school at 9:30 a.m. They are immediately welcomed outside by their teachers and led to their classroom. The day begins with announcements and the singing of O' Canada.

Communication with our families is an important aspect of our children's time with us. Our parents and guardians receive phone calls, emails, and positive notes. They receive an interim report card as well as two regular report cards issued in February and June. Our families demonstrate their commitment to student learning through our School Council, fundraising efforts, and time given by various volunteers. Visit our school council page.

Sincerely,

Adele Perry, Principal
